Most often I cook an omelet for breakfast. It's simple, delicious and fast. In addition, a variety of recipes allows you to try something new every day. The other day I cooked an amazing omelet in the oven. The whole family liked the delicious dish.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
- Champignons - 100 g
- Bell pepper - half
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the champignons and peeled bell pepper.
Beat the eggs lightly with milk, salt and pepper.
Add the champignons, bell pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Put the mass in a greased form, cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
