Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 600 g
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken legs with oil and all the spices.
Put them on a greased frying pan and fry for 5-7 minutes on one side.
Turn the legs over, turn down the heat, add garlic cloves and rosemary.
Fry the legs under the lid on low heat until tender, 12 minutes.
