- Turkey stuffing - 500 g

- Carrots - 60 g

- Water - 200 ml
- Tomato paste - 1,5 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the onion and carrot through a meat grinder and add to the minced meat.
Boil the rice until half cooked, send it there, mix thoroughly and season to taste.
Mix flour with tomato paste, heat in a frying pan, pour in water and mix the sauce.
Form small meatballs and put them in a boiling tomato. Simmer for 10 minutes on high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer the dish for another 25 minutes under the lid. Garnish with chopped herbs.
