If you don't know how to cook salmon, I'm telling you! Just bake it with any vegetables to taste. I will share my proven recipe, but you can change the ingredients according to the season and your own preferences. The choice of vegetables does not affect the rest of the process in any way.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 800 g
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Corn - 200 g
- Green peas - 200 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the vegetables in a mold, drizzle with oil and season.
Lightly sprinkle the salmon slices with oil and rub with spices. Put it on top.
Bake all 20 minutes under foil at 180 degrees.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
