An interesting everyday version of a casserole made from simple ingredients. Potato dishes always turn out to be satisfying. Especially when there is also minced meat with vegetables. Even in a large family, no one will stay hungry!

Finely chop onions, carrots and zucchini. Fry for a couple of minutes, add the minced meat and fry until tender.

Add water if necessary. At the end, season and put the minced meat with vegetables in a mold.

Boil the potatoes until tender, mash in mashed potatoes with butter and mix with egg and grated cheese.

Put the puree on the minced meat and put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
