Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the fish for baking. Rinse it well inside, remove the gills, dry it with a paper towel.
Rub the carp with spices and pour the juice of one lemon. Put it aside for 5 minutes so that it is marinated.
Wrap the carp in foil in two layers and send it to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 C. 5 minutes before cooking, remove the foil and bake to form a golden crust. Serve to the table, decorating the fish with fresh herbs.
