It's a bit difficult to bake salmon with potatoes – they need too different cooking times. But the situation is simplified by the use of small new potatoes. In addition, there are several useful tricks that will definitely come in handy and which I will tell you about later in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 800 g
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Grainy mustard - 1 tsp.
- New potatoes - 600 g
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until they are half cooked and make frequent parallel incisions on them.
Rub the fish with spices and mustard, and sprinkle with lemon juice, put everything together in a mold.
Spread the rosemary around and drizzle the dish with olive oil.
Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
