Classic okroshka will only benefit if you add some mushrooms to it. It is best to use pickles, but any option at your discretion will do. You can even take fresh ones and just lightly boil and fry them in a frying pan.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Boiled sausage (or ham) – 300 g
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Onion - 1 piece
- Kefir - 1 l
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs, cut all the ingredients into small cubes.
If the mushrooms are raw, fry them in a small amount of oil. Before this, weld the forest for 3 minutes.
If desired, pour boiling water over the onion so that it does not taste bitter.
