Thanks to the microwave, any cottage cheese casserole can be cooked in literally ten minutes. But for this recipe with pumpkin, you will have to prepare a little in advance. And in particular, bake this very pumpkin until soft and grind it into a puree.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Pumpkin (mashed potatoes) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Brown sugar - 1 art.l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
If the mass is very liquid, add more flour.
Put the workpiece into molds and bake in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at maximum power.
