One day I tried to add not semolina, but corn grits to the curd casserole for a change. And it turned out to be a great idea! The main thing is to choose fine-ground grits so that the dish is exactly evenly baked.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Corn groats - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk all ingredients, except cereals, with a blender until smooth.
Rinse the cereal thoroughly and mix it into the curd mass. Leave to infuse for half an hour.
Put the mass in a baking dish and put the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
