Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Green peas - 350 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 100 ml
- Garlic - 2 tooth
- Mint - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken and chop the fillet with a blender until smooth. Add water as needed.
Fill the peas with water and boil for a couple of minutes. Add the chicken mass there and cook for another 7 minutes.
Add chopped garlic, mint and spices. Grind everything with a blender.
Pour in the cream, bring the soup to a boil and remove from the heat.
