Light soup with green peas, chicken fillet and mint is especially good in summer. For cooking, you will only need a saucepan and a blender. This dish will surely appeal even to children, so I highly recommend trying it.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the chicken and chop the fillet with a blender until smooth. Add water as needed.

Fill the peas with water and boil for a couple of minutes. Add the chicken mass there and cook for another 7 minutes.

Add chopped garlic, mint and spices. Grind everything with a blender.

Pour in the cream, bring the soup to a boil and remove from the heat.
