It would seem that what could be simpler than baked mackerel with potatoes and mushrooms? But for all its simplicity, it turns out a very tasty and beautiful dish, which is so difficult to refuse. The fragrance alone is worth something! In the recipe I will tell you how to make everything bake evenly and at the same time.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the potatoes smaller, for example, into strips. Leave the small mushrooms whole, and cut the large ones too.

Peel the mackerel and stuff the carcass with chopped herbs.

Put a couple of lemon slices in the same place. Rub the fish with spices.

Put the mackerel in a mold on lemon slices. Arrange the potatoes and mushrooms around.

Sprinkle everything with oil and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees under foil, and then another 10 without it.
