- Turkey Breast - 600 g
- Chicken liver - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and fry the liver with onions until tender. Boil hard-boiled eggs.
Mince the liver, herbs, garlic and eggs. Add spices and mix the filling.
Unwrap the turkey breast, chop it off, put the filling on the edge and roll the roll.
Wrap the roll in foil and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
