- Pearl barley - 1 glass
- Water - 2.5 glasses
- Dried Fruits - 2 handfuls
- Nuts - 2 tbsp.l .
- Coconut chips - 2 art.l.
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Honey - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the pearl barley overnight.
Boil it in boiling water until tender for about 35-40 minutes over medium heat.
Finely chop the nuts and dried fruits, and add all the remaining ingredients to the porridge.
Stir and leave it warm under the lid for another 15-20 minutes.
