But here it is important to observe the cooking technique, because after all, salmon is different from the more familiar white fish.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 800 g
- Purple onion - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop all the vegetables and put them in a mold.
Put the salmon pieces on top and sprinkle everything with spices and chopped herbs.
Sprinkle the dish with oil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
