- Thyme - 2 twigs

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the peeled trout with olive oil and season.
Cut the orange into circles and put it in the belly of the fish.
Put the remaining orange slices on parchment, and put the trout on them.
Sprinkle everything with chopped thyme and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
