The easiest and fastest way is to rub pollock with spices and bake it in foil. And this applies to whole fish and thin pieces of fillet. Unless you keep in mind that the fillet is baked faster, but you do not need to overdo it in the oven. Too long heat treatment makes the fish dry and not too tasty.
Ingredients
- Pollock - 600 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sprinkle the pollock with spices and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle chopped garlic and dill on top of the fish.
Wrap the pollock tightly in foil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
