As a rule, everyone just cooks dumplings, but today I suggest that immediately after cooking, fry them in a frying pan with oil. It turns out - well, very tasty! In the following recipe I tell you in detail how to do it!
Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Water (warm) – 150 g
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for roasting) – 100 ml
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Green onion - 3 stems
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender.
Finely chop the parsley and green onion.
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, add ground pepper, butter and most of the greens. Leave a little parsley and green onions for serving.
Sift the flour into a wide bowl and collect it with a slide.
Add salt, warm water and knead the plastic dough.
Sprinkle with flour, cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes.
Knead the dough again, divide into 2 pieces and roll each into a thin layer.
Squeeze out the circles with a glass. Put the filling on each one and seal it.
Add salt to boiling water, add dumplings and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
Put the dumplings in a colander and leave to drain for 3-4 minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, add the dumplings and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Put the dumplings on paper napkins to remove excess fat.
When serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley and green onions.
