- Garlic - 3 clove
- Pearl barley - 300 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pearl barley and soak for an hour.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, and put them in a mold with a lid or in pots.
Cover the pearl barley, season and pour water so that it covers the grits by 5 mm.
Cook porridge in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees.
