Cottage cheese casserole with carrots, rice and dried fruits
1 h. 0 min.
4 servings
Rice gives the curd casserole an unusual consistency of a traditional pudding. Carrots give sweetness, taste and, of course, a beautiful orange color. And dried fruits just harmoniously complement the picture. For example, I used raisins and dried apricots.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Fig - 0.5 glasses
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Raisins - 40 g
- Dried apricots - 40 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Butter - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice for 10 minutes and cool.
Soak dried fruits in water for 7 minutes. Slice if necessary.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Separate the whites and whisk them into a fluffy foam.
Mix all the ingredients except the proteins, and then gently mix them in.
Put the mass into the mold and cook the casserole in the oven for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
