Ingredients
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Leek - 2 pieces
- Meat broth - 1 l
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the onion, leek and garlic. Fry until soft, add flour and mix.
Pour the onion broth, add spices and cook for half an hour on low heat.
Towards the end, add the grated processed cheese and cook until it dissolves.
Chop the soup with an immersion blender.
