Wash the beef, cut into small pieces and boil for 10 minutes.
Change the water, add allspice and cook for 45 minutes after boiling.
Chop string beans, carrots, parsley, peeled potatoes and onions.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add onions, carrots and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add string beans, sprinkle with lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the roast and potatoes into a saucepan with soup. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
Add salt, turn off and leave under the lid for 15 minutes.
