In this recipe, the traditions of European and Asian cuisines are bizarrely mixed. From Asia – a combination of shrimp, milk and spicy spices. From Europe – champignons, which are always wonderfully in harmony with milk and cream.
Ingredients
- Shrimp - 500 g
- Champignons - 300 g
- Leek - 1 piece
- Ginger - 2 cm
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Milk - 400 ml
- Water - 700 ml
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Cilantro - 5 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the shrimp with water and boil for 10 minutes. Take it out and clean it.
Send the shells back to the broth and cook for another 20 minutes. Strain the broth.
Chop the mushrooms and leeks, fry until soft.
Add chopped garlic, ginger and chili, mix.
Pour in the broth and milk, bring the soup to a boil.
Add spices, chopped herbs and shrimp. Remove from the heat.
