Sour and bright cranberries are a real find for sweet pastries. Even the usual cottage cheese casserole plays with it with fundamentally new colors, especially if you add a pinch of cinnamon. Do not forget to set aside a handful of fresh berries in advance for decoration.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Starch - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Cranberries - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, sugar and cinnamon. Whisk with a blender.
Add the starch and mix everything thoroughly again.
Gently stir in the cranberries, put the casserole in a mold and send it to the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
