Pumpkin can be added to a cottage cheese casserole in different ways: grate, puree it or just cut into pieces. This time I want to share with you exactly the last option. For my taste, it turns out even more beautiful.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
- Semolina - 4 tbsp.l .
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Pumpkin - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the semolina with warm milk and leave for half an hour.
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
Beat eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese and mix. Add semolina and milk, and mix again.
Add the pumpkin, mix again and put the mixture in a greased bowl of a slow cooker.
Cook everything in the "Baking" mode for about 50 minutes. Leave the casserole to cool down a little right in the bowl.
