Do you like dishes with the aroma of smoke? Then let's rather cook eggplant salad on the grill. Vegetables can be fried over a low heat, which usually remains after kebabs. Depending on the size of the eggplant, this takes from 15 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant - 500 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Cilantro - 3 twigs
  • Green onion - 2 of the stem
  • Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Brush the eggplants with 2 tablespoons of oil, put them on the grill and bake on the grill for 20 minutes.

Put the finished vegetables on a plate, cool and peel.

Chop the eggplant pulp, green onion and cilantro.

Add the garlic passed through the press, lemon juice, remaining oil, salt and ground pepper.

Mix, put on a plate and decorate.
