In fact, fish meatballs are prepared in the same way as meat – there are no difficulties here. You can traditionally stew them in sauce, or you can deep–fry them, as I suggest trying to do in this recipe.
Ingredients
- Minced fish - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 0,5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the carrots and onions through a meat grinder or chop them in a blender.
Add vegetables, spices and egg to the minced fish, mix it thoroughly and beat it off.
Roll small balls with wet hands and fry the meatballs in plenty of oil until golden.
