Ingredients

  • Peas - 400 g
  • Water - 1 l
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the peas for 8-10 hours. Rinse and pour boiling water for 10 minutes.

Put the peas in the bowl of a slow cooker and fill with clean water.

Cook porridge for an hour in porridge mode. Add water as needed.

At the end, mash the porridge with a masher with spices and butter.
