Soup-puree of young green peas is a bright and pleasant seasonal dish, which is so difficult to refuse. In fact, it can be prepared from frozen ingredients, but, of course, fresh ones are much tastier and healthier.
Ingredients
- Vegetable broth - 700 ml
- Peas (young) – 350 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the potatoes and boil in boiling broth until tender.
Add the peeled peas and boil for a couple more minutes.
Add chopped herbs and spices to taste, and chop the soup with a blender.
