Bright orange soup attracts primarily with its rich color. It seems that it warms just by its presence. For this effect, you will need red lentils, as many carrots as possible and quite a few spices.
Ingredients
- Meat broth - 2.5 l
- Red lentils (canned) – 1-2 banks
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the carrots into circles and finely chop the onion.
Bring the broth to a boil, add the onion and carrot and boil for 5 minutes.
Add the lentils and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add all the spices, stir the soup, warm it up for a couple of minutes and remove from the heat.
