We often bake chicken in sour cream or cream, but what about everything else? For example, why not cook fish fillets in the same spirit. I suggest using cod – it is delicious, satisfying, affordable and inexpensive. And in order not to cook the side dish separately, bake it immediately with potatoes. You can take other vegetables to taste.
Ingredients
- Cod - 600 g
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Pink Pepper - 1 tsp.
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices and put them in a mold. Put small pieces of butter on top.
Put the cod fillet on the potatoes, and a sprig of rosemary on it.
Carefully pour all the sour cream, grease and sprinkle with pink pepper.
Bake the fish in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees under foil.
