On holidays, I always cook my signature dish — pork loin baked in the oven. I advise you to try this delicious treat. Moreover, there are no difficulties in cooking. Sharing a recipe!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse pork under running water and lightly dry with paper towels.

Rub salt, fennel, ground cinnamon, black and allspice in a mortar.

Add honey, olive oil, crushed garlic, grainy mustard and soy sauce.

Generously lubricate the pork with this marinade, tie tightly with a culinary thread, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.

Free the meat from the film, wrap it in foil and put it in a preheated oven for 1.5 hours.

Carefully unwrap the foil, reduce the heat to 160 degrees and cook the loin for another 30 minutes.

Before serving, cut the pork into thin slices and sprinkle with rosemary.
