Honey mustard glaze is an interesting solution for baked salmon. On the one hand, the glaze itself has already become a classic. On the other hand, more often chicken or meat is cooked with it, and not fish, and even more so red. But in fact it turns out very harmoniously and exquisitely in its own way.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 3 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Sea salt - 2 pinches
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l .
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the salmon with salt and put it on parchment.
Mix butter, honey, lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
Spread the salmon evenly on top with this mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
