- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Sauerkraut - 1 kg
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the ribs, dry them with a paper towel and cut them into segments.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the ribs and fry for 5-7 minutes on high heat.
Put the ribs on a plate, add salt, pepper and garlic passed through the press. Mix everything thoroughly
Fry sauerkraut in the remaining oil for 7-10 minutes.
Put the sauerkraut in the prepared form, spread the ribs on top.
Cover tightly and bake for 2 hours at 180 degrees.
