This is a very versatile recipe that can be prepared with both fresh and frozen vegetables. Unless frozen broccoli can not be welded at will – it will be softer in any case. I advise you to take salmon in one large piece – it turns out much more spectacular this way.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 800 g
- Broccoli - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 2 pen
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Tomato paste - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix soy sauce, olive oil and tomato paste.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Chop the peppers and carrots, and put the vegetables in the mold.
Put the salmon on top and coat with tomato paste. Sprinkle with chopped chili and green onions.
Bake everything together for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
