Draniki with minced meat can be cooked in different ways. Someone prefers to put it in the filling, but this is a rather laborious process. And you can make it even easier and just mix it with potato dough. Unless I advise you to bake them in the oven later.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the peeled potatoes on a grater and squeeze out the moisture.
Add minced meat and spices to it, mix. Then add the eggs and flour and mix again.
Lightly fry the draniki on both sides so that they grip and hold the shape.
Put them on parchment and bake for 30-40 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven.
