For this recipe, I advise you to mix several different types of cheese. You can even add a little blue – it will definitely not spoil the dish. The tenderest chicken roll will take its rightful place on the festive table. Serve it warm so that the cheese filling does not have time to harden.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Processed cheese - 80 g
- Cheese Dor Blue - 60 g
- Bacon - 130 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut, unwrap and chop the chicken fillet into thin layers. Season and sprinkle with herbs.
Grate all the cheese and mix. Put it on the chicken and roll up tight rolls.
Wrap the rolls in strips of bacon, put on parchment and bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
