It is believed that chicken roll is easiest to bake in the oven. But in fact there are different options here - for example, it can be boiled. I'm telling the recipe how to do it correctly so that it doesn't fall apart and dry out!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 piece
- Greenery - 6 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, celery, herbs and garlic.
Unfold and chop the fillets into one solid layer. Rub with spices to taste.
Randomly arrange the filling and roll up a tight roll. Tighten it tightly with cling film in several layers.
Put the roll in boiling water so that it completely covers it.
Cook over low heat for about 70 minutes. Let the roll cool down without taking it out of the water.
