For such a recipe, in addition to tomatoes, you will definitely need hot pepper. And now the classic Russian pea soup is already playing with completely new colors. The finished dish from the part resembles an Italian minestrone.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the peas in advance for a few hours.

Boil the chicken until tender and remove from the broth.

Put the peas to boil in boiling broth. It will take him about an hour to soften.

Finely chop all the vegetables. Fry the leeks, carrots, celery and pepper for 5 minutes.

Add zucchini, tomatoes, chopped chili and garlic. After a couple of minutes, add the tomato sauce and simmer everything a little more. If necessary, top up the broth.

Send the roast to the finished peas and return the chicken.

Boil everything together for 10 minutes and remove the soup from the heat. Season it.
