I prefer to make such rolls with spinach and dried tomatoes small and immediately in portions. A great option for both dinner and a festive table. If you need to additionally fix the rolls when baking, use toothpicks.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Dried tomatoes - 140 g
- Spinach - 60 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 art.l.
- Bacon - 130 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread out the fillet and chop it into thin plates. Rub with spices.
Put spinach leaves on the chicken, cheese plates on them, and tomatoes on them.
Roll up the rolls and wrap each one in a strip of bacon.
Put the rolls in a mold and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
