Cottage cheese casserole with rice and candied fruits

If you haven't tried cooking cottage cheese casserole with rice yet, I suggest starting with this option. It is very simple, quickly prepared, and also looks great in the cut thanks to candied fruits. Although any fruit or berry will do instead.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Fig (boiled) – 1.5 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Candied fruits - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the whites and whisk with salt into a fluffy foam.
Mix the other ingredients, except candied fruits, with each other.
Gently mix the proteins with a spatula, and then - candied fruits.
Bake the casserole in the oven at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
