Cottage cheese casserole will be more useful if you use honey instead of sugar. 3 tablespoons are enough for 500 g of cottage cheese. If this is not enough for your taste, I advise you to add honey to the already prepared and certainly chilled casserole.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l .
- Raisins - 100 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for lubrication) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Add sour cream, honey, lightly beaten eggs, salt, raisins and semolina. Stir the mixture until smooth and set aside for 10 minutes.
Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil, lay out the curd billet and smooth it out.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
