I advise you to make such a roll not too big in order to slightly reduce the baking time. Then you don't have to keep the cheese filling in the oven for three hours. The meat will still be very tender and delicious, especially when combined with champignons.

Arrange the pork in one thin piece, sprinkle with spices and lightly chop.

Finely chop the mushrooms, fry until the moisture evaporates and put on the pork.

Sprinkle with grated cheese, roll up a tight roll and wrap it in foil.

Bake the roll in the oven for up to 2 hours at 170 degrees. You can unwrap the foil towards the end to brown the crust.
