Ingredients
- Beef - 500 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.

- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Meat broth - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the meat into medium pieces, season and arrange in pots.
Finely chop the onion and carrot and fry until golden.
Add flour, mix and after a minute add tomato paste with sour cream.
Simmer the vegetables for another minute and send them to the meat.
Pour a little broth into the pots and bake them for an hour at 180 degrees and another half at 140.
