- Purple onion - half

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the purple onion from the husk and cut into thin half rings.
Beat the eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.
Add flour, onion, beet tops and mix gently.
Lubricate the mold with oil, pour in the prepared mixture and smooth it out. Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
