This casserole differs from most others in that the zucchini does not need to be finely chopped or grated. They come straight in halves here. This significantly saves time on the preparation of ingredients. Only zucchini need young and small.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2-3 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini in half and put it in a mold. Spread the cherry halves around and on top.
Sprinkle everything with oil and sprinkle with spices. Cover with grated cheese.
Put the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
