Baked chicken chops in batter of eggs, sour cream and mustard
Everyone loves chops in our family, so we have to cook them often. To bring at least a little variety, I try to constantly try new options. Recently, for example, I cooked according to this recipe. It turned out to be original and delicious!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l .
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into plates of 1.5-2 centimeters.
Beat off each piece with a hammer on both sides.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, paprika, mustard and sour cream.
Pour the breadcrumbs and flour on different plates.
Roll the chops in flour, dip them in batter, and then roll them well in breadcrumbs.
Put the chops on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry on each side for 1.5 minutes.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
