- Carp (carcass) – 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Lemon - 1 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Greenery - to taste
- Vegetables (optional) – for baking
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the fish of scales and entrails, remove the head and fins. Rinse well and make transverse incisions on both sides of the carcass.
Chop garlic and herbs, cut lemon into slices.
Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix the herbs, garlic, vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Marinate the fish for 20 minutes, turning the carcasses over periodically.
When the fish is marinated, optionally insert lemon slices into the incisions and send them to the grill. Bake on coals for about 30 minutes, turning the grill over periodically.
Serve carp with baked vegetables or fresh salad.
