Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Radish - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 300 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Sour cream - 6 tbsp.l.
- Mineral water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and cut all the ingredients into cubes.
Separately boil the quail eggs for about 4 minutes and cut in half.
Chop the greens and mix all the ingredients with sour cream.
Fill the okroshka with mineral water.
