In the list of popular meat dishes, chops occupy far from the last place. In a frying pan, they often burn, dry out and get tough. Another thing is to bake them in the oven. This method helps out perfectly when there is little free time.

Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into plates. The optimal thickness is 1.5-2 centimeters.

Beat each piece well with a hammer on both sides.

Beat the eggs lightly with ground pepper and salt.

Add milk, garlic passed through the press and mix.

Pour the breadcrumbs on a wide plate.

Put the chops on a plate, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and leave for half an hour at room temperature.

Dip the chops in the batter and roll in breadcrumbs.

Put the chops in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and send them to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
